1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Meowie Edu AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meowie Edu AI provides AI-powered homework grading and educational feedback services for school-age children. The service uses a virtual credit system called "Kibble" to access AI grading features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person; do not share accounts

4. Kibble Credits

  • New accounts receive 20 free Kibble upon registration
  • Kibble is consumed when using AI grading and analysis features
  • Kibble can be purchased through the App (pricing shown at time of purchase)
  • Kibble is non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchased Kibble may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no Kibble has been used from that purchase
  • We reserve the right to adjust Kibble costs with 7 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its AI models
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free Kibble allocation
  • Resell access to AI grading features

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI grading feedback is generated by automated systems and is intended as a helpful guide, not as a definitive academic assessment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI feedback. Always consult your child's teacher for official academic guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Meowie Edu AI App, its branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. Grading results and analyses generated for your account are yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded homework images solely to provide the grading service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your Kibble balance is forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Meowie Edu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification.
